What You Will Do
- Research, design, and develop all electrical aspects of new products, processes, and systems.
- Work closely with software and mechanical disciplines to create final products.
- Work with Product Line and Sales groups to create product roadmaps and support product release.
- Derive customer requirements into functional requirements for subsystems and components.
- Support and engage in our vision of improving lives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- 2+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of design for manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven experience with electrical hardware, software design, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of PCB design and CAD tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to negotiate competing requirements to achieve the best system-level outcome.
- Ability to discover, understand, and articulate constraints, options, and paths forward.
- Knowledge of C and C++, C#, MATLAB, Python, and Verilog.
- Ability to test electronic products using oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, waveform generators, and debugging tools.
- Prior experience using systems and databases including MS SQL and MySQL.
- Object oriented design and development experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing, coding, testing, and debugging complex algorithms.
- Prior experience with embedded systems, GUI development using Qt 5, .NET Framework, .NET 5, MSVC, and LabView.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders.
- Accepts critical feedback related to both design work and personal development.
- Works well on cross-functional teams.
