Job Requirements

• Solder experience preferred.
• 2+ years technical experience preferred.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble Ahdept devices.
• Perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques.
• Familiar with PCB and PCA layouts.
• Ability to operate hand tools, drills, barcode scanners, and a computer.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to ask questions, listen, and follow directions from supervisors and management.
• Good verbal communication.
• Self-motivated.
• Punctual and reliable with attendance.
• Willing and wanting to do new and different tasks daily.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Willing to do recurring and monotonous tasks as needed.
